Hawaii Overland

By Derek Tillotson on July 11, 2020

Earlier this year we got lost... for a bit. Really we knew where we were going, but couldn't get there because there was a wall of jungle in our way.

We ran out of daylight in a place so rocky, steep, and soggy that pitching a traditional tent would have been impossible. Here Haven showed off its versatility. Who cares if you have to set up over a river?

15-20 miles later (there's some debate) we had hiked from one side of Kauai to the other. Through abandoned tunnels and from the headwaters of an island river. Here is an adventure brought to you by Haven.
