My Pad is Deflating

Quick checks

  • For premium/True Level pads, ensure both O-rings are in place, debris is cleared, and the stopper sits flush.
  • Inflate indoors at room temperature, leave overnight, then re-inflate if it’s simply softened by cold.

Repair & replacement options

• DIY patch: Find leaks with soapy water or by submerging; use your your own patch kit or pick up AQUASEAL + UV™ on Amazon (~$11).

• Mail-in repair: We cover round-trip shipping, handling & labor; we dunk, patch, and pressure-test your pad for 48 hours.

• Quick swap: We ship you a cleaned, tested pad first—then you return yours. Ideal if you need a quicker turnaround.

• Upgrade to Premium/True Level: Available if you own a basic pad; includes a new year of warranty.

All pads come with a 1-year warranty. For large tears or extreme wear, choose Mail-in Repair or Quick Swap.

• Check your confirmation email to confirm.
• Start a claim in your portal—most are auto-approved.
• We’ll send a replacement at no extra cost.

If you did not opt in

• File a claim with UPS, USPS, or FedEx.
• Email a screenshot of your claim submission to support@haventents.com.
• We’ll review and let you know the next steps.

Can I Try Before I Buy?

Make sure our Backyard Demo (automatically included by default) is added to your order when you purchase. It will allow you to try it for 60 days and, in the unlikely event you don't like it, send it back for a refund. We'll even cover the return shipping.
