If you think your pad isn't holding air, please run a few tests for us before sending us a message about it. If you don't, we will ask you to do the same things mentioned here so please do everyone a favor and run the tests before sending the message.
1) Rule out normal temperature fluctuations - inflate the pad and leave it overnight against a wall INSIDE your home where temperatures will remain constant. If you return in the morning to a deflated pad, you've likely got a leak. If this applies to you, move to step 2.
2) Locate the leak - Inflate the pad with a small amount of dish soap and submerge it in a bathtub. You're looking for bubbles coming from the pad. Once you locate the leak, send us a picture or video with a short description of what you notice.
3) Resolution - Assuming you are within warranty (one year of purchase), and the leak is not caused by user error or normal wear-and-tear we will replace the pad outright.
