We ship from our warehouse in Europe. In order to checkout, all items in your cart must be selected from our EU Collection and end in, "(EU)". You will not be able to check out if any items that do not end in "(EU)" are added to your cart. If you reside in a country outside of the European Union, import duties may be due upon reception.

Changes to Shipping Address
Once placed, you can update or change your shipping address by contacting us ONLY IF your order has not already shipped from our warehouse. Once your order leaves our warehouse and is handed off to the delivery carrier, we cannot change the shipping address. You will need to contact the carrier and request an address change through them.
Lost, Damaged, and Stolen Packages
Haven Tents partners with Route to ensure that your items arrive safely. If you opt in to protect your order with Route Order Protection, and your package gets lost, damaged, or stolen on it's way to you, Route will cover the cost to replace your items at no additional charge to you. Opting into Route Order Protection is optional and will require an additional fee. If you choose to not opt into this optional feature, Haven Tents is not responsible for any lost, damaged, or stolen packages. For more information, please contact us.
