Shipping Guide
USA
On weekdays, unless otherwise stated, non-pre-order products are generally shipped within 24 of purchase, weekend orders will be shipped by close of business the following Monday. Free shipping on orders over $69 within the continental US unless otherwise stated on the respective product description page and/or specs. *For intercontinental shipments (i.e. Hawaii and Alaska), shipping rates will be calculated at checkout. Shipping time is generally 3-5 days, unless otherwise stated.
All orders are placed on an automatic 6-hour hold immediately after order placement to allow sufficient time for customer-requested order adjustments such as shipping address changes, adding/removing items from orders, and other order-related information. If order edits are requested outside of this timeframe, we cannot guarantee that any changes can be made. After 6 hours have lapsed, orders will be released for fulfillment.
Orders that include products from a vendor other than Haven Tents (such as "Zenbivy") will usually ship separately, and may ship from a different location. These items may be subject to an additional shipping charge as determined by the vendor. In cases where some items in an order are made and manufactured by Haven Tents, and others are made and manufactured by a separate vendor, the order will be automatically split up and will have different shipments associated with the dependent line items.
We primarily ship our orders via UPS or USPS. We do not accept requests for customers to coordinate their own shipment or freight. We do not ship to PO boxes.
Canada
We are in the process of bringing Haven Tents to local retailers. In the meantime, all orders being placed to Canadian addresses will be shipped from our warehouse in the USA. Expect to pay shipping and import duties at checkout.
Europe
Orders can now be placed directly from haventents.com. On weekdays non-pre-order products are generally shipped within 24-36 hours of purchase, weekend orders will be shipped by close of business the following Monday. All orders placed in Europe will be handled and shipped from our partner warehouse in Slovakia, with the exception of select countries listed below:
EU Member States
If you live within an EU member state, no import duties will be associated to your purchase. You will still be responsible to pay applicable VAT and shipping costs associated with your order.
Non-EU Member States
If you live in country that resides outside of the EU, you will be responsible to pay any import duties and taxes that are associated with your order. These charges will either be paid upfront at checkout and placement of your order, or handled by the shipping carrier and due upon receipt of the package. You will also be responsible to pay any applicable taxes and shipping costs associated with your order.
Norway
We do not ship to Norway from HavenTents.com. Please visit our partner site Magasinet.no to place your order.
Japan
We do not ship to Japan from HavenTents.com. Please visit our partner site japan.haventents.com to place your order.
International
We are currently working to bring Haven Tents to everyone. For countries not on this list, shipping will be calculated at checkout. Additional import duties may apply and will be applied at checkout.
Changes to Shipping Address
Once placed, you can update or change your shipping address by contacting us ONLY IF your order has not already shipped from our warehouse. Once your order leaves our warehouse and is handed off to the delivery carrier, we cannot change the shipping address. You will need to contact the carrier and request an address change through them. Haven Tents is not responsible for any charges accrued from the shipping company relating to re-routing packages already in transit.
All orders placed within the USA are placed in an automatic 6-hour holding period to allow for customer-requested order edits and changes. Once the holding period expires, we cannot guarantee edit requests can be made.
Lost, Damaged, and Stolen Packages
Haven Tents partners with Redo to ensure that your items arrive safely. If you opt-in to protect your order with our Free Returns and Shipping Protection, and your package gets lost, damaged, or stolen on it's way to you, we will cover the cost to replace your items at no additional charge to you. Opting into this service is optional and requires an additional fee which gets you access to free return shipping for refunds, exchanges, store credit, and package protection. If you choose to not opt into this feature, Haven Tents is not responsible for any lost, damaged, or stolen packages. For more information, please view our help center article, or contact us.

Packages Returned to Sender
When you place an order with us, you acknowledge that the shipping address you have provided is correct and accurate. You understand that we do not check for accuracy of the shipping address provided. As such, you subsequently acknowledge that any packages that are returned back to us for any reason will result in your order being refunded, less any applicable shipping fees already paid. We will not attempt to contact you to correct the address. If you wish us to re-ship your order, you will need to place a new order on our website. When items are unable to be delivered the first time, we recommend you use a different address when re-placing your order.
