This form is only for those who have applied and been accepted into the Creator Cashback Program via the Haven Creators Network.

Once you submit your content, we will review it and make sure it meets content qualifications. Once approved, we'll issue the refund amount for the content submitted and let you know via email.

We aim to have all content reviewed within 1 business-day of submission. In most cases, it is even sooner.

Most of the time, your content will be approved assuming you reviewed the example content and the followed the instructions on the Creator Cashback Program page. In cases where your content is not approved, we will let you know via email why so that you can re-make it and submit it again.

There is no limit to the number of submissions you can make. If for some reason your content was not approved in an initial submission, you are encouraged to re-make it and submit it again to get your refund.

No. Only one refund will be issued for a single content type. For example, if you create one dedicated post and receive a 5% refund for it, you cannot create another dedicated post to receive another 5% back.

No. If you have not applied and been accepted into the Creator Cashback Program via the Haven Creators Network, you are not eligible for a refund.
