Sometimes your pad just needs a little TLC to get back to adventure-ready. Our repair service gives you two convenient options to get it fixed and back in action - without sending it to the landfill.

Option 1: Return and Repair ($20)

  • Pay for your repair right in your customer portal by clicking "File a warranty claim".
  • Once payment is complete, you’ll instantly get a return shipping label to send your pad to us.
  • Our team will repair it and ship the same pad back to you.
  • Typical turnaround time: About 2 weeks from the day we receive it at our warehouse.
  • If we find a manufacturing defect, we’ll replace your pad with a brand-new one and refund any repair fees you’ve paid.

Option 2: Quick Swap ($40)

  • Choose the Quick Swap option below and checkout.
  • Once paid, you’ll get a return label within 1 business day and we’ll immediately ship you a cleaned, repaired, and tested pad from our inventory.
  • Perfect if you need a faster turnaround and can’t wait for the repair process.
  • We’ll repair your original pad and have it ready for the next customer - keeping it out of the landfill.
  • If we find a manufacturing defect, we’ll replace your swap pad with a brand-new one and refund/waive any fees you paid.
