- Add an item to your cart. You'll notice a checkbox underneath the "Buy" button that offers to add Free Returns. Make sure it is checked.
- Thats it!
When you get your gear, you'll have 60 days to try your Haven Tent in your backyard to make sure you like it. Assuming you return it with no obvious wear and tear, smelling like a campfire, or having pet hair inside, we'll issue a full refund AND cover the cost to ship your item back.
