Here's the language Tim approved for the accessibility statement page to make it as discouraging to habitual plaintiffs as possible without being dishonest (use the same for REYR and Haven):

Our Accessibility Effort
This site has undergone a professional accessibility audit and remediation engagement conducted by ADA Ally LLC.
Testing was performed using a manual-first methodology, including manual visual inspection, keyboard-only navigation testing, and assistive technology testing with screen readers. The site was most recently tested in March 2026 against WCAG 2.2 Level AA standards.
Current Status
Significant accessibility improvements have been made across the site. Remediation is actively ongoing as we work to resolve all remaining issues and bring the site into full conformance with WCAG 2.2 AA standards.
