• USA: Free shipping within the US.
• Canada: Shipping calculated at checkout, products are shipping from the US, additional import duties may apply.
• Europe: We do not ship to Europe from our US website. Check out our Europe based store: Europe.haventents.com
• Norway: We do not ship to Norway from US website. Please visit our partner site Magasinet.no to place your order.
• Australia: We do not ship to Australia from HavenTents.com. Please visit our partner site nomadnature.com.au to place your order.
• Japan: We do not ship to Japan from HavenTents.com. Please visit our partner site haventents.jp to place your order.
• International: We are currently working to bring Haven to everyone. For countries not on this list shipping will be calculated at checkout. Note that additional import duties may apply.

Returns

Haven Tents stands behind its warranty. If your product arrives damaged or has defects as explained above, please contact us to provide a replacement. In extenuating circumstances, we will consider return requests on a case by case basis. To start a return, you can request a return authorization.

If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
