A smarter roll-top bag for real trail miles.

The Aven Roll Top Food Bag takes the classic design you already know and upgrades it with thoughtful features that make a difference on the trail. From a flat-bottom shape that packs and stands better, to premium components built for longevity, the Aven is designed to carry your food securely for trip after trip.

Available in 8L (1–4 days of food) and 12L (2–7 days of food) sizes, the Aven is ready for anything from weekend adventures to your next big resupply. With extra rolls at the top, you can expand capacity to ~9.5L or ~14L when needed.

Why It’s Better

  • Smart Shape – Flat bottom with curved sides eliminates sharp corners that cause abrasion and wasted space, while allowing the bag to stand upright.
  • Secure Closure – Molded Velcro creates a stronger roll without snagging on clothing, paired with a premium Duraflex buckle for maximum strength.
  • Flexible Hanging – D-rings on either side of the buckle give multiple suspension options for easy food hangs.
  • Trail-Proven Durability – Built with high-strength fabrics like UltraGrid for abrasion resistance, or lighter-weight TX70/DTRS75 for weight savings.
  • Optional Rock Sack – Simplified design with an overlapping fold and D-ring for easy throws.
