*Haven Safari on Pre-Order

I want to place an order for a Safari. What are my options?

We get it - waiting for your stuff sucks. That's why we are offering two options to choose from:

*Air Freight Pre-Order: If you want your Safari ASAP, you can pay an additional $30. We have incredibly limited stock of these tents so order soon. These tents are shipping next-business day while supplies last.

Standard Pre-Order: A more economical option if you are okay waiting a bit longer. Standard Pre Orders are expected to ship by October 9th, 2023.

*Air Freight is only available for orders shipping within the USA. Carrier shipping rates apply to international orders.

I want my Safari ASAP. What do I do?

You'll want to choose "Air Freight Pre-Order" as your shipping option at checkout. All orders with the Air Freight shipping option have arrived at our warehouse and will ship next business-day while supplies last.

*Air Freight is only available for orders shipping within the USA. Carrier shipping rates apply to international orders.

I am flexible on the arrival of my Safari. What do I do?

If you aren't in a rush, then choose "Standard" as your shipping method at checkout. This method is *free, but will likely not ship until October 9th, 2023.

*Standard shipping is free only within the USA. Carrier shipping rates apply to all international orders.

What the heck does "Air Freight" mean?

All of our tents generally take 3 months to arrive at our warehouse by boat. Air Freight, however, just means that our Safaris are being sent to our warehouse via air rather than sea. This option costs more which is why we charge an additional $30.

I placed a pre-order, but I decided to change my shipping method. Can I do that?

You bet. Just Contact Us and let us know. If you want to change from Air Freight to Standard, we will refund the amount you paid for shipping. Alternatively, if you want to upgrade from Standard to Air Freight, we'll be able to get you taken care of as well.
