    Start a return in our portal with your order number and zip code. We send you a return label, and your refund is processed within 15 days of it reaching us.

Keep it returnable

For a full refund, send it back with no obvious wear, campfire smoke or pet hair, and pack every part (missing parts are $2 each).

Want a different size? Swap it with an Instant Exchange: we ship the new one right away, and you return the original within 28 days.

Without Checkout+ you can still return within 60 days, but the return label cost comes out of your refund. Seconds and final-sale items can't be returned. Full return policy

If you want to give your Haven Stand some extra height on the head end, pick up these extenders. It raises the head end 5 inches (12.7 cm) and makes finding the perfect hang angle so much simpler. Requires manual assembly.

Warranty

All of our products are covered by our Lifetime Care Warranty — a limited lifetime warranty against defects in materials and workmanship. Sleeping pads, inflatables, pumps and electronics carry a 2-year limited warranty instead. If something isn't right, contact us. We are happy to help out!

I have a kickstarter turtlebug, so i’ve had one since the very beginning. was backed #1 actually :D I only camp with a haven, have xl, safari and kickstarter spectre. This did exactly what they claimed!! the finish was excellent, all corners are chamfered unlike my first run turtlebug which was very nice. I put them at the top of the legs rather than the bottom and it worked fine!! ty
