The Haven Tent utilizes two spreader bars at both the head and the foot of the tent. These bars are not structural (don't pull on them) and are specially designed to keep the side walls of the tent from folding you up like a burrito.
When you order these, you will receive a new set of bars (2 bars in a set)

Awesome addition to the Haven tent.
They are significantly lighter than the aluminum original.
I purchased the Haven hammock for overnight back country hunting and hiking. So far I haven’t used ot for that purpose lol. However this hammock is so darn comfortable that I often see it up in the back yard just to relax in. On another note I think the carbon sticks are a game changer. They definitely help with the overall weight. I’d like to suggest a 2- way zipper for the mosquito netting.

It was a lot of fun and a little learning, thanks to you guys for replacing my spreader pole that I broke (no fault of y’all’s).. y’all are awesome to work with. This thing is the ultimate when it comes to camping. Very,very comfortable! I would recommend it to anyone. People that think hammocks are uncomfortable will love this. I have slept in a hammock for over 20 years after my chiropractor told me to try it. He was an avid hiker. It changed my experience with hiking and camping.

Had to replace my spreader bar after trying to use them to pull myself up, my bad. I was disappointed to pay more for shipping than for the part itself. And buying one instead of two would be nice.

Great weight savings for a good price. The carbon fits nicely and folds up just as easy as original bars. My XL is almost light enough for a backpacking trip now.

I bought the carbon fiber poles because I seemed to have miss placed the original. They are super light, did the job perfectly. Well worth the purchase even if your simply wanting to take some weight off your gear.

Love these carbon fiber spreader bars. They are incredibly lightweight and seem very strong. Time and wear will tell the truth but if they're anything like the rest of havens line up, I'll be using them for years to come.
The tent set up very quickly and the quality is fantastic! We have had several people of varying sizes try the hammock and each found it to be very comfortable with slight adjustments in position. Entry and exit is very easy and stable. Highly recommend!
