Following my 3rd night in the Haven Tent Safari, I have to give it 5 stars. It probably provides the best night camping I have ever had in over 50 years, other than in a trailer. I have slept on a cot, air mattresses, sleeping pads, and on the ground through the years. The thoughtful design truly delivers on lay flat capability and comfort. My one hold up in the past has been related to loosing heat through the pad, a necessary component of the lay flat design. I had the opportunity to visit with Derrick about the challenges related to the pad and his response was this: "I wish I could be just a hammock tent company and not a pad company”. Just like your own personal bed at home, everyone has their preference and is the reason there are so many pads on the market. Adding the YOBO Hammock Frame adds versatility to where I can use the Haven Tent. I considered a hitch mounted option for my overlanding adventures when I leave the Bushwhacked Adventure trailer home, but prefer the ability to set up anywhere, not just the back of my vehicle. You do need to be mindful that the YOBO stand will blow over in a breeze if it is not weighted down or secured in some fashion. I didn't expect to like this hat as much as I do. I ended up ordering a 2nd one just to ensure I always have one handy. First off, is the "stash" pocket that I can throw $5-10 in just in case I forget cash for a day use fee at a park or hiking trail. Secondly is how nicely this thing folds up to go in a pocket on a pack or cargo pants. I also appreciate how the hat doesn't interfere with my glasses at all, which seems like it shouldn't even be a thing but some hats come down so far they hit the corners of my glasses. I like the color and the logo is nice, even to people who have no idea what HAVEN means (though I'm always happy to explain it to them in way more detail than I'm sure they expected!) So back to my first sentence, I never expected to like an impulse purchased hat so much. I only wish I'd known how much I liked them when they first came out and there was an introductory price on them. I probably would've bought 4-5 of them. At some point I decided that when I find something that REALLY works for me, I need to just just stock up on them and I won't have to deal with finding "the right one" again in the future. As silly as it sounds for "a hat", this was it for me.
The hat has been Dave-approved (he is like Mikey IYKYK). Specifically, it is reasonably priced for being so well- and thoughtfully-constructed. It is very well-made and stitching is beautiful. It's packability is the main reason we purchased it and the hat doesn't disappoint in that regard. Thank you!

I was skeptical at first but love a OD green colored cap. After receiving it I was totally surprised how nice a cap it really is and very light and comfortable.
Not a hat person, but I really like this one. Very light and comfortable. My only complaint is that I cannot get rid of the sweat mark on the rear of the bill. I've tried all sorts of things, but no luck. I'm not a big sweater, so I'm kind of surprised I even have one. Besides that, it's a great hat!

I love this hat! I've struggled for years to find a cap style hat that works for me, and to no avail. This stash cap is genius. Easily adjustable Velcro strap, comfortable fit, breathable, olive drab color is awesome, and of course the stash feature. Fold it and stash, it's great for hiking, walking, everything. So glad I discovered this!
