Reclaim the joy of summer at our private 1,700 acre ranch in Promise, Oregon.

This is a chance to meet others in the Haven Tents community, camp together, and enjoy a long weekend of recreation, ranch life, and slow-down time you can’t really get anywhere else. Your ticket price covers firewood, six shared meals, and access to all activities. Future events won’t beat this price.

What you can do:

  • Recreation: zip line, trails, softball field, horseshoes, 9 hole frisbee golf, volleyball, cornhole, playground
  • Ranch Life: cow and bison herds, rodeo arena, mechanical bull, room to explore on a 1,700 acre ranch
  • Relaxation: 10 acre lake, outdoor theatre, and plenty of places to hang your Haven

*Tickets are refundable until April 1, 2026 so you can grab your spot now and finalize plans later.

After you purchase you’ll get an email with a link to join our exclusive WhatsApp group. That’s where we’ll post important updates and where you can connect with organizers and other attendees.

Ticket types

  • General Admission
    Access to the event, shared meals, and activities.
  • Trailer Hookup Ticket
    Includes your trailer/RV hookup reservation + admission for the person booking it. Anyone else coming with you will need their own General Admission ticket.
  • Cabin Rental Ticket
    Includes your cabin reservation + admission for the person booking it. Any additional guests staying in the cabin will need their own General Admission ticket.

Note: Trailer Hookup and Cabin tickets cover the spot and the main ticket holder. All other attendees need their own General Admission ticket.
