    Start a return in our portal with your order number and zip code. We send you a return label, and your refund is processed within 15 days of it reaching us.

Keep it returnable

For a full refund, send it back with no obvious wear, campfire smoke or pet hair, and pack every part (missing parts are $2 each).

Want a different size? Swap it with an Instant Exchange: we ship the new one right away, and you return the original within 28 days.

Without Checkout+ you can still return within 60 days, but the return label cost comes out of your refund. Seconds and final-sale items can't be returned. Full return policy

Warranty

All of our products are covered by our Lifetime Care Warranty — a limited lifetime warranty against defects in materials and workmanship. Sleeping pads, inflatables, pumps and electronics carry a 2-year limited warranty instead. If something isn't right, contact us. We are happy to help out!

These products and this company is by far the best in the industry! Ive slept in my haven when a small hurricane hit the virgina/north carolina line! With 40 mph gusts a d downpour rain this little tent really showed up and showed out! It held up amazingly! I had a branch come through my bug net and that was literally the only damage done to it the entire weekend! And the customer Support is just as impressive and amazing! They have always been there to help and are always nice and courteous, and you actually talk to a person when you call not a robot! If your thinking about it just do it! You will not regret it!
